1、 Classified according to the use of the receiver
1) Navigation receiver: It is mainly used for the navigation of moving carriers, and can give the position and speed of the carriers in real time. 2, according to the receiver's carrier frequency classification
1) Single-frequency receiver: It only receives L1 carrier signal and measures the carrier phase observation value for positioning. Single-frequency receiver is only applicable to the precise positioning of short baselines, because it can not effectively eliminate the influence of ionospheric delay.
2) Dual-frequency receiver: L1 can receive and L2 carrier signal at the same time. Different dual-frequency delay can eliminate the delay of the ionosphere on the electromagnetic wave signal, so dual-frequency receiver can be used for thousands of kilometers of precise positioning.
3、 Classified according to the number of receiver channels
The GNSS receiver function receives multiple GNSS satellite signals simultaneously.
